Should you need to postpone or cancel your tour or travel plans due to unavoidable reasons, kindly inform us in writing. It's important to note that cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive your written notification. Please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

• 30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
• 15 days to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep Safari Cost).
• 7 days to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep Safari Cost).
• 2 days to 6 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep Safari Cost).
• Less than 48 hours or no show: NO REFUND.
• Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amounts are non-refundable.

For a group of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided. Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.

Important Notes:

• If your safari is not booked due to reasons such as technical errors or seat unavailability, the entire amount will be refunded to your provided bank account.
• During peak seasons (weekends or weekdays, including Holi, Diwali, X’Mas & New Year), separate cancellation policies for hotel/Forest Lodges bookings may apply, and these will be communicated as needed.
• Our Liabilities and Limitations: Please be aware that if there are any increases in permit fees for safaris/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges as decided by the Government of India after finalizing the tour/service cost, these additional charges will be applied.
• Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of/entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc., while we will strive to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising from these circumstances.
• In case of a dispute, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
